I enjoy helping people to discover themselves, their courage, and their potential. Journeys of discovery and change can be difficult, but often life-changing. I offer individual therapy (in person or virtual), in-person Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group treatment, and online DBT group treatment. My practice is located in the Graham Plaza building at 205 N College Avenue in downtown Bloomington. Inexpensive parking is available in the Morton Street Garage at 220 N Morton Street, or on the street with metered parking. I am in network for Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Optum, Aetna, and United Health commercial insurances. Unfortunately, I am not able to accept any Medicaid, Medicare, Healthy Indiana (HIP), or marketplace plans. However, I may be able to offer you a reduced, out of pocket rate if you have those insurances and cannot pay full price.
