I offer individual therapy (in person or virtual), couples counseling, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group treatment. I enjoy helping people to discover themselves, their courage, and their potential. Journeys of discovery and change can be difficult, but often invaluable. My practice is located in the Graham Plaza building at 205 N College Avenue in downtown Bloomington. Inexpensive parking is available in the Morton Street Garage at 220 N Morton Street, or on the street with metered parking. I am in network for Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, Aetna, and United Health commercial insurances. Unfortunately, I am not able to accept any Medicaid, Medicare, HIP, or marketplace plans.
